Terms of service

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed once we have contacted you to verify it and marked it confirmed. Until then we may decline it — for example if the product has sold out or we cannot deliver to your address.

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees and include any applicable taxes. The total shown at checkout, including delivery, is what you pay.

Stock levels change quickly. If a product sells out after you order, we will contact you and either offer an alternative or cancel that item.

If a price is listed in error, we will contact you before dispatching rather than charge the wrong amount.

For cash on delivery, payment is due in full to the courier when your parcel arrives. For bank transfer, payment is due within 48 hours of placing the order, after which the order is cancelled automatically.

If you refuse a cash-on-delivery parcel without a valid reason, or we cannot deliver because the address or phone number was wrong, we may decline future cash-on-delivery orders from that number and ask for payment in advance instead.

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative, and colours may look slightly different on your screen. Where a description is materially wrong, our returns policy applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
