Privacy policy

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email address. If you pay by bank transfer we also store the payment receipt you upload.

We record which advertisement or link brought you to the site, so that we can tell which of our campaigns are working. This is campaign-level information, not a profile of you.

Your contact and address details are used to confirm, pack, dispatch and deliver your order, and to reach you if there is a problem with it. Nothing more.

We measure advertising performance in aggregate. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it except with the courier delivering your parcel.

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to keep business accounts. Personal contact details are retained for 24 months after your last order, and then anonymised.

Payment receipts are kept for 24 months and stored privately, never publicly accessible.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

Message us with your order number and mobile number and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some order records for accounting purposes even after a deletion request, but we will remove your contact details.

Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled systems. Payment receipts are stored privately and are only viewable by authorised staff, through short-lived links, and every view is logged.

We store your shopping cart in your browser so it survives a refresh. We use analytics and advertising pixels to measure how our campaigns perform. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.
